Snowmobile Rentals
NEW! In addition to being newly permitted Snowmobile Guides in Colorado, we also have Snowmobile Rentals available for the upcoming season. This makes Electric Mountain Lodge your complete backcountry snowmobile destination. Drive or fly in, we'll pick you up and have you on the snow in no time. Leave the worry about sled mechanics, trail maps, cooking, and GPS's to us...we'll guide you while you ride one of our many new Polaris Pro RMK's and have a warm bed and hot meal waiting for you upon return. Backcountry & Sunlight to Powderhorn Trail System Eight Hundred square miles of National Forest deep powder riding surrounds Electric Mountain Lodge as part of the Grand Mesa, Gunnison & White River National Forests.   The elevation of the area ranges from 8,000 feet to 11,000 feet.  Located three miles from the lodge is the main corridor trail called the Sunlight to Powderhorn (S.P.) trail.  This trail runs from the ski resort Sunlight Mountain to another ski resort called Powderhorn.  The trail is 120 miles long and well marked.  An additional 180 miles of trails are located off the S.P. trail of varying difficulty and terrain; each additional trail is numbered after the mileage distance from Sunlight Resort to where the trail intersects the S.P. trail.  Electric Mountain Lodge is located 3 miles off of the S.P. trail on trail #50, or the trail located 50 miles from Sunlight Resort lodge. Winter Season Rates
During the winter guest have an option of staying at EML on a meal package or by renting a cabin or lodge room and paying separate for meals.  Our freestyle training camps are also an inclusive package for training, use of the course, meals and lodging. Click for rates

Lodging Only Stay
Guests who wish to join us on a lodging only stay can still enjoy the same meal options as the package guests.  Our lodging only rates are based on two people per unit, plus an additional $10.00 per person beyond double occupancy.  The rates do not include tax.  Click for rates
